Fully automatic teat sprayer unit designed to be fitted at the cups-off bridge side of the platform.
The Teatsafe controller can also run a second spray unit, or be upgraded to Back-Off-Blast — a blast of water, air (or both) to the cow's face once teats are sprayed and she reaches the back-off point.
Fully electronic: set the amount of teat spray used per cow, with a speed delay timer matched to the average platform speed past the sprayer.
The sprayer unit is heavy stainless steel, built for impact and spring loaded. A fully adjustable spray jet ensures total teat coverage, leaving a perfect drip at the end of each teat.
An infrared sensor detects the cow passing the sprayer (no cow – no spray). The sensor is IP67 rated, shockproof and easy to adjust.
A bail trip switch sets the point of spray timing. Line it up with trigger points on each bail (some sheds may need some added), or with bail drop-arms to ensure cups-off spraying. Other Cups-Off-Detection options are available.
Low voltage 24 volt system. Digital cow/spray counter, automatic fault detection, and spray and delay times fully adjustable by the supplied remote.
Works with your current hand-held pressure sprayer system.
